OK, after a few more days on Vega, it has suppressed my appetite "somewhat" and is much more delicious in a smoothie-if you're vegan, you might try some bananas, some mixed organic berries, and some soy. I'm not vegan, so I used yogurt instead of soy and it was great. The bananas are key for masking the "healthy" taste.
