Panera Bread claims that the secret to their yummy mac n cheese is none other than Vermont white cheddar cheese. The 950-calorie comfort food is surely delicious for some reason, so maybe it is the quality of the cheese! But other restaurants lay other claims to fame; the famous cracker mac at Salt and Smoke, for example, is topped with Ritz crackers!
