The other day I was perusing some recipe sites and ran across something magical: disco fries! A Jersey diner-style food, it's simply French fries with gravy and mozzarella cheese. I kind of needs these right now, how about you?
These sound a lot like the poutine many of us know and love that hails from Canada. Brown gravy and mozzarella are traditional from what I've read, but plenty of people experiment with other cheeses and gravies, too.
