If you're a traditional potato lover, I can't guarantee you'll love this book, but if you're a FOOD lover, you just might! That's because in Raghavan Iyer's Smashed, Mashed, Boiled and Baked: A Celebration of Potatoes in 75 Irresistible Recipes, you will come across ideas for potatoes that you might have never thought about in your wildest dreams. Gone are the standard mashed, boiled and baked potatoes!
