Whose having ice cream?
So many people I know are creating actual Inauguration Day menus! It's an exciting day and many people are celebrating, some with cakes and special dinners. I know we're going to have some ice cream in honor of Biden's favorite treat.
This suggested menu includes a few foods symbolic of our new president and VP, from a mango lassi (oh yum, it's been ages since I've had one!) to simple cheeseburgers, really does seem to celebrate the day with lots of favorite foods from both people.
