Anyone who eats low-carb knows that it's easy enough to find snacks and treats if you look hard enough or have the ingredients on hand, but it often involves a lot of prep work and cooking. Sometimes we just want to grab a snack like everyone else! So when I saw these two keto products while shopping online, I knew I had to sample them.
The snack item, Oven-Baked Parm Crisps in Sour Cream & Onion flavor, wasn't all that hot. It's crispy, cheesy and would work well as a crouton in a salad or keto soup, or even as a dipper, but alone there's not much flavor. There's definitely not much sour cream and onion, which was a bummer. The portions are also much smaller than, say, Wisps.
The snack/meal bar, the ONE Maple Glazed Doughnut bar, was phenomenal. It's got the flavors there and it has a light coat of icing that makes you feel like it's a real dessert. Of all the keto bars, ONE has the best flavors. They are higher in carbs than most other bars, but considering how bad other bars taste, I will splurge on one every now and again. They also have 10 grams of fiber and 20 grams of protein, which will help you stay full.
