Hungry bloggers, how am I just now learning about sheet pan recipes? I've done so much in muffin tins, one-pan recipes and crockpots but I've never made a sheet pan meal! Have you heard of these? Just look at all of the things you can cook on one sheet for a full meal. The tandoori chicken is the one that's calling my name but most of these look sooo good.
The idea behind a sheet pan meal is that it's quick and easy yet healthy. It doesn't take much to prepare and you throw it together to cook on a baking sheet, making it a wonderful alternative to the one-pot dinner since you just toss it in the oven without having to stir and check on it as often. I love that idea!
